Should I send my gift to a hospital?
It all depends on how long the stay in hospital is, but how long is a piece of string? Your best bet is to send this special gift to the home address. If they aren’t yet home it will be safe at the local post office, where their beautiful surprise will be waiting.

How long is the processing time?
Once an order is received, it will be made and packaged within 24-48hours.
At this point in time, shipping is our biggest delay. If you need your gift sooner rather than later, please select Express shipping at checkout. Once your purchase is sent, it’s up to the shipping fairies!

What even is muslin?
I recently had a chat to a family friend who had no idea what muslin is, and that’s totally fine! I'm here to help.

A muslin is a thin loosely woven cotton fabric which is extremely durable. Hence, perfecto for a baby with all the potential explosions from the top or bottom end.
Muslins are used to wrap up babies for their sleep, to cover for light warmth, cover a pram, use on the floor for play sessions, or even to swoop in for a clean-up of any liquids thrown at you. Muslins are beyond useful and can be washed and washed whilst maintaining their original appearance.

How are the boxes packaged?
Our Gift Boxes are packed in simple but elegant cardboard boxes with a ribbon to top it off, all complimentary. Add a few nice words for the card and presto, your job is done. You need not worry, these gifts will not disappoint.

I need to make a change to the order... Can I?
Changes can be made but you will need to be super quick. Orders are processed and made to order within 24-48 hours to provide a quick turnaround. Please email as soon as possible at lebebepersonalised@gmail.com

Will an invoice or receipt be sent with the gift ordered?
No, you will receive a confirmation receipt via email only.

Can I add extra characters to my embroidered item?

Can I send directly to the person I'm purchasing the gift for?
Absolutely, yes, si, da, tak, ahuh, of course! And any other way you say yes.
Upon purchase, please complete a personal message for the card and the package will be wrapped up and sent direct! The receipt will go to your email only, it will not be included with the gift itself.

Can I exchange or return products if I made a mistake on my order?
Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the embroidery business it’s extremely hard to offer refunds or exchanges. Please, double and triple check spelling of names as I cannot accept returns or exchanges due to misspelt names.

Tips on fonts
The bold front is easily read and seen, where the italic is playful with a slight slant. Both are beautiful options, it just depends on your personal preference.
