1.0 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. In the unlikely event that there is;
i. damage
ii. defects
iii. wrong items

2.0 Non-returnable items
Per the nature of personalised items, unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or mistakes during the order process. Make sure you double check all spelling, font type and colours to make sure you order is correct before submitting.
3.0 Refunds process
If there is a issue with your order please email us at lebebepersonalised@gmail.com with an explanation and pictures to confirm. If we have made a mistake a replacement item will be sent at our cost as soon as possible (typically within 5 days).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3.1 Refund payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
